SHARE YOUR BOOKS If you have books on Model A’s or General Information automobile information that you no longer use or want to have laying around, consider donating them to the Rocky Mountain Model A Club Library. Call or see Len or Mary Harcourt or BRING THEM TO A MEETING!
This is a great way to share your knowledge of the Model A with other, newer members of our club. They are, of course, still available for you!

HOT [Well really just luke warm] NEWS! from OCCC The two issues that were burning several months ago, what to do about the smog producing “Collector Cars” ... the Collector Car Plate issue, and the bill to increase the license fees about $100 per year per car you own, have gone to ground, since the legislators could not get it together before the legislative session ended. No new information this month from Leo Boyle, the OCCC lobbiest.
On the License and Title Page is a “Rehashed” PROPOSAL by OCCC to the Regional Air Quality Council (A quasi government/industry group) which is attempting to draft language for a future submittal to the Colorado State Legislature. NONE of this is LAW yet, and all suggestions must be approved and voted on by the legislature ... It appears to me [Andy] that the OCCC’s proposal is no solution at all, but just a “lets get what we can because we are going to lose anyway ...it will be a long time before this is settled. ...
